中国人保9月5日公告，公司近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于中国人民保险集团股份有限公司王鹏程任职资格的批复》。根据上述批复，国家金融监督管理总局已核准王鹏程担任公司独立董事的任职资格。王鹏程担任公司独立董事的任职自2023年8月28日起生效，且自同日起，王鹏程担任董事会审计委员会主任委员、提名薪酬委员会委员和关联交易控制委员会委员。
自王鹏程任职之日起，陈武朝不再担任本公司独立董事、董事会审计委员会主任委员、提名薪酬委员会委员和关联交易控制委员会委员。
