财经网讯 8月28日，青岛市住房公积金管理中心发布消息称，8月28日起，家庭(包括借款申请人、配偶及未成年子女)购买本市非限购区域的首套和第二套自住住房，公积金贷款首付比例由30%和40%，分别调整为20%和30%。
