近日，有网友在济宁市网络问政平台上反映曲阜一小区交房四年房产证仍无音讯的问题，网友表示曲阜市金茂栖庭水岸物业费都交了4年了，部分居民无法办理不动产证，找过开发商多次至今未解决。
