从泰山景区了解到，截至7月20日，泰山累计接待进山游客502.95万人，同比增长412.41%，比2019年同期增长133.66%，进山游客量首次突破500万人大关，已刷新泰山全年进山游客量最高纪录（往年最高纪录为2015年455.97万人），其中，209.7万名中外游客享受到免门票红利。
据统计，2014年起泰山年进山游客量开始突破400万人：最高2015年455.97万人，第二2019年417.6万，第三2014年416.5万，第四2018年412.3万，第五2016年405.2万人，第六2017年402.2万人。
