7月14日，重庆忠县医药产业园项目举行投产仪式，由新兴际华医药控股的海南海药（西部）医药产业基地、培南生产线一期工程完成设备安装与调试并投入生产。项目总投资30亿元，分三期建设，计划建设头孢类药物、培南类药物、普通无菌原料药、氨曲南原料药等多条生产线。
