邵阳市城镇老旧小区改造
近日，在邵阳市住建局了解到，省住房和城乡建设厅下发《关于2023年一季度老旧小区改造工作有关问题的通报》，邵阳市纳入2023年改造计划的小区开工率已达35.79％，排名全省第一。
