新京报贝壳财经讯 海南机场6月19日晚间公告，公司控股股东海南控股拟将其直接持有的公司24.51%股份，协议转让给海南机场集团。海南机场集团为海南控股的全资子公司，均受海南省国资委控制。此次转让后，海南控股不再直接持有公司股份，海南机场集团将成为公司的控股股东，公司的实控人仍为海南省国资委。
