商丘海洋馆项目位于商丘人民公园内，与商丘动物园毗邻，该项目集旅游、科普、教育为一体，共有生物千余种，展示生物有中华鲟、鲨鱼等保护性动物及其他淡水、海水鱼类，目前该项目收尾工作正在进行中。
