Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

美国诗人弗罗斯特在38岁的时候,做出了一个在旁人看来难以理解的重要抉择——放弃安稳的教师职业,专注于写诗。他说:“写诗吧,穷就穷吧。”The Road Not Taken正是他的生活写照。
在我们的生活中人们也经常处于十字路口难以抉择,熊和鱼掌不能兼得。在诗中,诗人选择了一条人迹罕见的道路,这条路也许更艰辛、更需要开拓,正因为如此,才更具魅力。可现实是,大部分人都缺乏迈出这一步的勇气,平凡的我们不敢赌选择之后的风险。
