4月21日，陕西榆林金鸡滩镇、绥德县、清涧县等多地降雪，局部地区积雪近5厘米。陕西省气象台2023年4月20日22时曾发布暴雪蓝色预警：预计4月20日22时至21日22时，陕北中北部有雨夹雪或小到中雪，其中榆林北部及西部、延安西部将出现5毫米以上大雪，局地有10毫米以上暴雪。
