周慧敏（英语：Vivian Chow ; 1967年11月10日），香港创作歌手、演员、主持人及作家。 1980年代末入行，90年代红遍澳、港、台、陆、新加坡、马来西亚及亚洲外国等地区，更到过日本发展，有「玉女掌门人」的美誉，近年来乐于当兼职艺人。
