据山西省应急管理厅网站消息，3月25日，山西华阳集团新能股份有限公司二矿发生一起死亡1人的安全事故。山西省应急管理厅、山西省地方煤矿安全监督管理局责令山西华阳集团新能股份有限公司二矿停止生产按规定进行整顿。同时，撤销山西华阳集团新能股份有限公司二矿二级标准化等级。
