海螺水泥3月27日公告，2022年公司营业收入1320.22亿元，同比下降21.4%；归母净利润156.61亿元，同比下降52.92%；基本每股收益2.96元。公司2022年度利润分配预案为：每股派发现金红利1.48元（含税），不实施公积金转增股本。报告期内，集团新增水泥产能385万吨，骨料产能4,480万吨，商品混凝土产能1,080万立方米，光储发电装机容量275兆瓦。
