上证报中国证券网讯（记者 李雨琪）3月15日晚间，中国银河发布公告称，公司于2022年12月14日发行了公司2022年度第十二期短期融资券，发行总额为人民币40亿元，票面利率为2.55%，短期融资券期限为90天，兑付日期为2023年3月14日。
2023年3月14日，公司完成兑付了2022年度第十二期短期融资券本息共计40.25亿元。
