贝瑞基因2月26日公告，控股股东之一致行动人侯颖持有的合计770.3452万股公司股份被司法冻结，占其所持股份比例的38.13%，占公司总股本的2.17%。本次司法冻结系侯颖为融资租赁款合同纠纷案件的担保方之一，与公司经营无关。截至公告日，侯颖持有公司股份2020.5661万股，占公司总股本的比例为5.70%。
