财联社2月8日电，当地时间2月7日晚，土耳其国防部长阿卡尔表示，军方正将9个突击营派遣到地震灾区，目前在北塞浦路斯的其他4个营也将抵达地震灾区。阿卡尔还表示，灾区的所有部队、指挥部和军事哨所都已开放供民用。
