上海地铁博物馆于2023年1月31日（周二）恢复开馆。开放时间：周二至周日10:00——16:00（15:30停止入馆），每周一闭馆。目前仅接受散客（个人）预约，预约电话：60717958、60717968（周二-周日10:00-16:00）；预约邮箱：shmetromuseum@126.com。展厅内务必全程规范佩戴口罩。
