据证监会网站1月13日消息，近日，证监会发布《证券经纪业务管理办法》（以下简称《办法》），自2023年2月28日起施行。《办法》援引《证券法》《证券公司监督管理条例》相关规定，加强对非法跨境经纪业务的日常监管，对相关违法违规行为，按照“有效遏制增量，有序化解存量”的思路，稳步推进整改规范工作。
