1月10日，碧桂园官微发布消息，2022年交付近70万套房屋。
据悉，2022年全年，碧桂园在湖南按时按质交付97个项目，超5.6万套房屋；在广西14个地市，78个项目共交付4.3万套，其中“交房即交证”超6000套。
碧桂园在贵州区域累计如期交付41个批次，15776套房屋、超226万平方米，其中6个项目2936套实现“交房即办证”；云南区域共计交付22个项目，38批次21135套房屋，交付面积超348万平方米，其中9个项目实现“交房即交证。
