中国海外发展1月6日晚间在港交所公告，2022年12月，中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约人民币380.56亿元，按年下跌4.3%；而相应的已售楼面面积约为1,973,600平方米，按年下跌13.6%。2022年1-12月，中国海外系列公司累计合约物业销售金额约人民币2,947.62亿元，相应的累计已售楼面面积约13,870,200平方米，分别按年下跌20.2%及26.6%。截至2022年12月31日，中国海外系列公司录得已认购物业销售约人民币44.56亿元，预期将于往后数月内转化为合约物业销售。
