据央视新闻，菲律宾国家减灾委发布消息称，截至12月28日上午6时，发生在菲律宾多个地区的降雨已致至少25人死亡，26人失踪，受灾人口逾39万人。
报告显示，降雨导致农业方面的损失超过6300万比索（约合人民币785万元），基础设施方面损失超过2000万比索（约合人民币249万元）。目前有2个城市已宣布进入灾难状态。
