格隆汇12月16日丨亚钾国际(000893.SZ)公布，为保证控股子公司北京农钾资源科技有限公司(简称“农钾资源”)项下老挝甘蒙省钾盐矿彭下-农波矿区200万吨/年钾肥项目建设顺利实施，亚钾国际投资(广州)股份有限公司拟对农钾资源增资4.50亿元，资金来源为自筹资金。
