奇德新材12月13日在投资者互动平台表示，公司主营业务为以改性尼龙（PA）、改性聚丙烯（PP）为主的高性能改性复合材料及制品，精密注塑模具研发设计、生产和销售及相关服务。聚丙烯熔喷专用料属于改性聚丙烯复合材料之一，具有高熔融指数，低气味等特性，属于我司的产品之一。由于新冠疫情得到较好控制，目前熔喷材料的市场己趋饱和，该产品系列销售占比很小。
