新京报贝壳财经讯 海王生物发布12月10日公告称，河南海王成立于2003年4月，公司全资子公司银河投资持有其100%股权。为进一步提升河南海王资本实力，提高其经营能力，以促进公司效益最大化，银河投资拟以自有资金向河南海王增加注册资本10.37亿元人民币。本次增资完成后，河南集团注册资本由6.2614亿元增加至16.6314亿元。
