兖煤澳大利亚12月9日晚间在港交所公告，公司拟于2022年12月16日或前后悉数偿还其银团融资及关联方贷款，以可用现金提前偿还债务4.59亿美元。提前偿还于贷款期内令融资成本总额减少约9100万美元。于完成提前偿还后，兖煤澳洲的唯一剩余贷款为一项3.33亿美元的银团定期贷款，其中3.01亿美元将于2024年下半年到期，3200万美元将于2026年下半年到期。
