海螺创业官微消息，12月8日，海螺创业与芜湖市高新区管委会在海螺国际会议中心东海厅签署《新能源材料资源化循环利用项目投资协议》，海螺创业将在芜湖市弋江区注册成立安徽海创循环科技有限公司，投资建设年资源化循环利用废旧锂电池1.5万吨项目，并作为海螺创业废旧锂电池资源化循环利用运营及发展的平台公司，规划实现公司废旧电池资源化循环利用总规模100万吨/年。
