智通财经APP讯，华滋国际海洋(02258)发布公告，由于总建设服务协议将于2022年12月31日届满，于2022年12月7日，公司(作为服务供应商)与华滋奔腾(作为服务接受者)订立2023年至2025年总建设服务协议，集团将根据2023年至2025年总建设服务协议下所列条款及条件自2023年1月1日至2025年12月31日向华滋奔腾集团提供工程建设服务。
根据2023年至2025年总建设服务协议，集团将(如获得华滋奔腾集团委任)向华滋奔腾集团提供工程建设服务。有关工程建设服务包括但不限于海洋工程建设服务，市政工程建设服务及集团可能提供的其他工程建设服务。
