智通财经APP讯，英皇钟表珠宝(00887)发布公告，于2022年12月1日，公司订立2023年至2025年寄售协议，以重续与杨氏家族按2020寄售协议项下作出寄售安排的持续关连交易，由2023年1月1日开始。
2023年至2025年寄售协议项下拟进行的交易于截至2023年、2024年及2025年12月31日止各财政年度的寄售年度上限各为3500万港元。
