11月11日20时48分，栖霞交警大队二中队民警在迎宾路执勤时，发现鲁L8***2号重型自卸货车车身下陷，有超载嫌疑，便示意该车驾驶员停车接受检查。经检测，这辆货车超载100%以上。民警依法对驾驶人戚某某的违法行为处以驾驶证记6分，罚款2000元的处罚。
