腾讯控股11月17日在港交所发布公告称， 董事会已决议根据公司股东于2022年股东周年大会上授予的一般授权（最多可发行及配发的股份数目为19.22亿股股份）发行合共935.09万股新股份，藉以根据2019年计划就于2022年3月向不少于6600位奖励人士授予的奖励发行合共935.09万股奖励股份。
