日本瑞萨电子官网11月16日宣布，推出4x4通道、76-81GHz全新雷达收发器RAA270205，进军汽车雷达市场。此款全新收发器MMIC（单片毫米波集成电路）适用于成像雷达、长距离前视雷达和4D雷达，也可用于角雷达和中央处理雷达架构，即所谓“卫星”车载雷达系统。RAA270205将在2023年一季度提供样品，并计划于2024年投入商业量产。
