三孚新科11月16日公告，深圳市智动力精密技术股份有限公司基于其规划的产能向公司预计首期采购一批“一步式”全湿法复合铜箔化学镀铜设备，预计合计金额为不超过人民币3.2亿元（含税）。复合铜箔生产设备最终的采购数量、规格型号、设备单价及总金额等事项以双方签订的具体采购合同为准。
