神马电力11月16日公告，基于全球战略的发展规划，拟以自有资金通过新加坡子公司神马电力有限公司（SHEMAR POWER PTE.LTD.）在美国设立境外全资孙公司SHEMAR POWER USA LLC(拟定)。美国公司的设立将助力公司建立北美地区的本土化营销布局，以销售公司的主营产品为主营业务。投资总额380万美元。
