北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩）11月16日，国家统计局发布10月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况，尽管从均值来看，一线城市二手房销售价格环比下降，但从四大城市具体指标看，北京成为四个一线城市中，二手房价格指数唯一保持环比增长的城市，具体数据为北京100.1，上海99.6，广州99.3，深圳99.8。其中，上海二手房价格自去年年底以来首次环比下跌，广州、深圳持续下跌。
