上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）盛新锂能公告，公司全资子公司盛威国际近日与Electramin DMCC（简称“DMCC 公司”）签署了《承购协议》，盛威国际拟向DMCC公司采购锂辉石DSO矿产品，每个合同年度至少50万吨，总量为200万吨，预计2023年一季度开始交付。
