人民银行鹤岗市中心支行行政处罚信息公示表显示，9月13日，中国建设银行股份有限公司鹤岗分行因与身份不明的客户进行交易或者为身份不明的客户提供服务，银行结算账户使用中超过期限或未向中国人民银行报送账户开立、变更、撤销等资料，虚报、瞒报金融统计资料，被警告并处罚款83.5万元。
