当地时间9月14日，美国纽约州前州长科莫的前助理夏洛特·贝内特对科莫提起诉讼，指控他存在性别歧视、性骚扰和报复。她在诉讼中称，她在此前的工作期间多次遭受科莫的不当言论骚扰。据悉，贝内特是纽约总检察长报告发现的、受到科莫骚扰的11名女性之一，在性丑闻事件曝光后，科莫于2021年8月辞职。
