央视新闻9月9日消息，据大连海事局，9月7日早上5点左右，在渤海北纬35°52、东经125°25附近海域，一艘河北籍木质渔船发生翻扣，船上共有10人，事故发生后1人获救9人落水。目前，大连海事局正在组织全力搜救。
