银行资本补充热度不减。Wind数据统计，截至9月7日，今年以来已发行5543亿元商业银行二级资本债，与去年同期相比，增长98.8%，其中8月发行规模达1444亿元，更多中小银行“小步快跑”加入发债“补血”队伍。与此同时，在政策支持下，越来越多中小银行通过地方专项债这一新兴工具补充资本金。(经济参考报)
