上海国际能源交易中心网站9月2日发布公告称，中国证监会同意，自即日起，合格境外机构投资者和人民币合格境外机构投资者可以参与上海国际能源交易中心以下商品期货、期权合约的交易：
一、原油、20号胶、低硫燃料油、国际铜期货合约。
二、原油期权合约。
