2022年8月16日22时，科尔沁分局治安管理大队在科尔沁区中心大街某KTV清查中，发现辖区某歌舞厅涉嫌提供有偿陪侍，分局高度重视，第一时间组织精干警力开展摸排工作，并确定了“端窝点、打组织、破网络、抓主犯”的查处目标。
通过进一步调查发现，该歌厅以营利为目的，组织未成年人以陪酒、陪唱形式提供陪侍服务，民警果断出击，查处了张某组织未成年人进行有偿陪侍案件。
