当地时间12日上午，韩国政府宣布2022年“光复节”特赦名单，共涉及1693人，包括特别赦免、特别复权、减刑等多种方式。三星电子副会长李在镕因服刑期已满获“复权”，即解除对其就业限制等规定。乐天集团会长辛东彬获赦免，前总统李明博等政治人物并未包括在此次赦免名单之内。
韩国总统尹锡悦表示，此次赦免以促进民生和经济复苏为重要考量依据。（总台记者 唐鑫）
