乐居财经讯 邓如菲7月29日，敏华控股(01999)公告，获黄敏利告知，其于2022年7月29日透过Man Wah Investments Limited自公开市场购入敏华控股300万股普通股。Man Wah Investments Limited于2022年7月18日至2022年7月29日在公开市场上已经购入合共2300万股敏华控股普通股份。
黄敏利是敏华控股董事會主席、执行董事兼总裁。
