德明利7月27日公告，7月26日，公司收到公司监事李鹏提交的《关于本人亲属买卖公司股票构成短线交易的情况及致歉说明》，获悉李鹏之配偶于静使用其本人股票账户于2022年7月14日至2022年7月25日期间买卖公司股票，构成短线交易。本次短线交易的收益1113.22元，截至本公告披露日，已全额上缴公司，于静目前未持有公司股份。
