【缅甸之声讯】仰光消息，7月22日上午11点45分，仰光市中心商人路，39条街口处的皎德达和柏贝丹镇区的2个电力局，遭投掷手雷袭击。事件发生后，军方从勃昂觉路口这边开始封锁进行排查，有救护车、军车不断赶来。
爆炸事件发生后，仰光城市游击革命队伍之一的Toxic Boy发布信息称，对2个电力局投掷了手雷进行袭击。
