据央视新闻，据乌克兰国家通讯社7月19日报道，乌克兰总统泽连斯基当天解雇了乌克兰国家安全局副局长弗拉迪米尔·霍尔班科（Volodymyr Horbenko）。
据报道，2019年11月，霍尔班科被任命为乌克兰国家安全局副局长。
此前7月17日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基解除了国家安全局局长巴卡诺夫的职务。
