【美国最高法院推翻携枪限制】财联社6月24日电，美国最高法院周四裁定：美国人有权在公共场所携带枪支。法官以此废止了纽约此前通过的限制公民携枪权利的法律。此前希望获得隐蔽携带枪支许可证的纽约人需要证明他们的生命受到威胁。最高法院认为这一要求违反宪法。
