北京商报讯（记者 马换换）6月23日晚间，华通热力（002893）披露公告称，公司股东陈秀明及其一致行动人陈秀清拟通过集中竞价、大宗交易方式减持公司股份1216.8万股，占公司总股本的6%。
截至公告披露日，陈秀明及其一致行动人陈秀清合计持有公司股份2435.68万股，占上市公司总股本的12.0102%。
对于减持原因，华通热力表示，股东个人资金需求。
