《拳皇98 终极之战 最终版》现已登陆PS4，售价148港币/1980日元/15美元。本作以《拳皇98》为基础，收录64位可用角色并对平衡性进行全面调整，新添加“终极模式”、“挑战模式”、“训练模式”等等，线上对战还支持回滚式网络代码，拥有最多容纳9位玩家的线上大厅与观战模式，支持重播与匹配条件设定。
PS4版本似乎于几小时前在中国台湾等地区刚刚过审，另外Steam版虽在2014年早就推出，但回滚式网络代码、线上大厅、观战模式等内容是在21年底才添加。
