格隆汇6月13日丨英科再生(688087.SH)公布，公司全资子公司英科国际(香港)有限公司(简称“英科国际”)以其自有资金对其全资子公司山东英朗增资3001万美元。用于保障山东英朗前期建设等资金需求，推动其加快建设，尽快投产。此次增资完成后，山东英朗的注册资本将由1000万美元增加至4001万美元。
